Bucking Bull – Orion Springfield

The Aktiv group recently unveiled the latest addition to their portfolio of 43 stores across Australia, a Bucking Bull Roast & Grill in the Food Court of Orion Springfield Town Centre in Springfield Central, Queensland.

In its first week of opening, the store has been a huge success with Springfield locals, particularly fellow retailers within the centre who have welcomed the diverse menu and friendly service offered by Bucking Bull. 

Franchisees, Neville Lake and Julie Barber are a welcome addition to the Bucking Bull community and have taken a hands-on approach to opening and operating their new store. 

Bucking Bull is a national food franchise with 32 outlets currently located across the country. Upon opening in the late 90’s, the original menu was shaped around traditional, rack-roasted beef, lamb and pork. 

Over the past 10 years, Bucking Bull has mastered their unique technique to serve up tender and tasty roast meals, burgers, sandwiches, subs and spuds. 

The new Bucking Bull – Orion Springfield store joins the rapidly growing number of Bucking Bull outlets across the country and is located in Orion Springfield Shopping Town Centre, 1 Main Street, Springfield Central QLD 4300. Mirvac’s Orion Springfield Town Centre, located 17km south-east of Ipswich, is the first retail centre to be awarded a six star rating by the Green Building Council Australia. The Centre, which has won awards from the Environmental Protection Agency, Urban Development Institute of Australia, Property Council of Australia and the Australian Property Institute – is developed and managed by property group Mirvac, with the first stage of the centre opened in March 2007.
